Aluminium Melting Skelner (Reverberatory ) Furnace are Rectangular in Shape and Inside of the Furnace is lined with High Alumina 70% Bricks. Bottom of the Furnace has a oval structure and over four layer of Refractory to withstand the Molten Aluminium Temperature.

 

Working

Indotherm Manufactured Aluminium Melting Skelner (Reverberatory Furnace) is equipped in High Temperature In-house combustion units to be placed on the sidewall of the Furnace to heat the refractory and with radiation the Scrap is Melted and Molten Aluminium is poured in to Casting Conveyor for Ingot Production.
