Zinc ingot casting machine is a casting unit where hot Molten metal or Zinc and Zinc alloy can be casted in Ingot shape. The ingot casting machine integrates function of casting, Hammering and Conveying etc. The casting system consists of quantitative pouring unit, chain conveyor, slagging-off, bottom water cooling like functions.

The variable speed continuously rotating mould table is centrally supported by a heavy duty - low friction bearing ensuring smooth vibration free service. Mounted on the table, each of which can be quickly and easily leveled in two planes and can be quickly changed when two or more ingot shapes are to be produced.
