Copper Scrap Recycling Plant

Customer and current industrial requirements are kept in mind while designing a range of Copper Scrap Recycling Plants. This includes but is not limited to copper heating furnaces, copper extrusion plants, scrap recycling plants, copper alloy plants and copper wire road plants. These plants are offered to industries and to maintain desired output for the clients. Copper scrap is used after initial production to prepare other products inducing:

• Customized hydraulic tilting furnace
• Customized single and double cone, fix axis of the furnace
• Customized air pollution control system (both dry and wet)
• Customized Copper Ingot casting conveyors
• Customized fixed Balout crucible furnaces

In addition to the above, Turnkey projects are also taken up by our company that involve providing assistance for designing and fabrication of copper recycling plants. With these furnaces, it becomes possible to assure maximum output of crude aluminum that helps assure minimum level of wastage. Clients are asked about their requirements and different specifications of melting furnaces are offered to them to fulfill their needs. 

Design features
The furnace has a 8 mm thick Mild Steel welded shell made from sections lined with High Quality Calderys refractory and Super-Cera Ceramic thermal insulation materials. Burners are arranged against furnace walls and assure uniform heating of the crucible.

Safety precautions:Complete safety solution of the furnace workplace
Flue gas exhaust:Side exhaust gas discharge
Temperature control:By sheeted thermocouple directly in the molten alloy.
Drain detection:Optional
Pneumatic lid opening:Optional
Modulating burner:Precise temperature control for optimum quality of the melt in holding mode.

Exhaust gas discharge over the crucible edge.
Optional accessories / modifications are not included in standard design.

These components increase operator's comfort significantly, cut costs of equipment maintenance and ensure a more precise adjustment of the temperature profile.
