CONSTRUCTION
Furnace Shell is manufactured by High Quality 6-8 mm Carbon steel fabricated construction using plate and rolled sections. The furnace is insulated with high temperature refractory, backed with ceramic insulating board and calcium silicate solution.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Provision of maintain the temperature has been provided in the furnace. Concept temperature control is by sensing molten metal temperature through thermocouple and indicator panel.
BURNER
The North American style multiple stage type burners is complete with automatic operated flame sensing ignition rod, electric ignition safe and reliable operation. The burner, when not operating, is protected against radiant heat from refractory by a thermostat activating the fan to maintain burner internals within acceptable temperature limits.
Electric Resistance Furnace: making no compromise in part of refractory insulation, our heating elements are designed in-house with wire alloys such as kanthal, nicrome or Silicon carbide rods. Option of silicon carbide heaters can be supplied and heaters can be replaced without removal of crucible.

Pit Type Aluminium Melting Crucible Furnace
Crucible Furnace is one best choice of smelters for die-casting purpose. A crucible is made of either graphite or silicon carbide; this material can with stand temperatures up to 1600 °C. A typical Indotherm crucible furnace structure is manufactured with High Quality steel shell reinforced with suitable size of angel and channel. Inside of the furnace has a 280 mm refractory lining of High Alumina Bricks and Veneer fiber insulation for minimum heat loss. We provide an opening in bottom of the furnace in case of crucible breakage pouring of molten metal can done in an emergency pit made outside of the furnace. Combustion equipment such as Gas or Oil burner along with the centrifugal blower is attached to side of the furnace.
